During my stay, the hotel had a fantastic location next to Orchard Road, ideal for shopping and close to public transportation. However, the service was disappointing, with a malfunctioning air conditioner and unfriendly staff. The dining experience was very basic, and the hotel showed signs of aging. On the bright side, the room was kept clean by housekeeping.
